September 2nd - Update: Axbridge Showcase will go ahead on Saturday September 3rd despite weather warnings. We are expecting over 35 historic and classic cars in the Square.
Punch and Judy may be relocated to an indoor venue. Historic 50'/60 and 70's documents on display in Town Hall Council Chamber, King John's Hunting Lodge open all afternoon with free entry to National Trust members.
Bands are likely to relocate to Town Hall with CopperHead on at approx 5pm followed by Mayhem at 8pm. All free and free parking. See you there!
This year's Axbridge Showcase will again be held in the historic town of Axbridge on Saturday September 3rd.
It is hosted by Axbridge Chamber of Commerce. The festivities start at 2pm following the Farmers Market and continue through the day until live music brings it to a close at 10.30pm.
Cars arrive and park up in Square limited to 40 cars.
Entries so far include various classic Jaguars, MGA, MGB and GT, Triumph TR4A, Morgan, Morris 1000 and a 1966 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray.
We are taking entries the the Classic Car show from cars, bikes and scooters - Download the Classic Car entry form or enter online.

The showcase committee would like to invite the businesses of Axbridge to participate in the Axbridge showcase this year.
We would like you to dress the front of your business in a 60’s 70’s theme. We would appreciate your house being ready for judging Saturday morning of the showcase. The winner will be announced on Showcase afternoon.

There will be a road closure in the Square from 1.30pm until 7pm.
Plenty of free car parking. No stalls this year.

Axbridge is on the A371 between Weston-super-Mare and Wells.
From the M5, take exit 22 joining the A38. Follow the "Cheddar Gorge and Caves" brown signs for 5 miles to the village of Cross, then turn right on to the A371. The Axbridge turnoff is about a mile on, clearly signposted.
